I have a 48 business hour cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full session fee.
While I’ve taken Medicare in the past, I am no longer accepting new insurance patients.
If you have insurance and would like to use your out-of-network benefits, I can provide you a monthly superbill that you can submit for reimbursement.
